Dr. Giannoni was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. He obtained his medical degree after six years of training at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. After this, he worked for two years as an Internal Medicine Resident at Guatire General Hospital. Following this, he moved to Philadelphia, PA and completed three years of Internal Medicine residency, followed by a year as a Chief Resident at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He then pursued a three year Fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at Baystate Medical Center, in Springfield MA. He stayed the following year and completed a one year accredited fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Baystate.
Dr Giannoni’s main interests are coronary artery disease, coronary intervention and echocardiography.
Dr. Giannoni is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology. He is Board eligible for Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. Giannoni is fluent in Spanish.
